your business operations. Our programs are totally flexible
and can be designed to meet the specific needs of your organization

All fees are on a contingency basis. You owe nothing unless
funds are collected. Our services include:
Pre-Collection Services
We contact your client as an “in-house collector.”
All funds are directed to your organization or a designated
lockbox.
Legal Services
Our legal services program is coordinated with local attorneys
that are selected and contracted by you. We provide our research
and recommendations to your attorney for further action. We
provide monthly reporting on accounts that are being managed
by your legal firm.
Repossession Services
Services are coordinated with professional repossession and
investigative service firms. We coordinate with you and the
repossession firm.
Skip Tracing
ACBS locates individuals and businesses who have left the
area owing you funds.
On-Site Analysis
We review your internal procedures for managing delinquent
accounts. The initial review is a value-added service to our
clients. If more detailed analysis is warranted, ACBS provides
services on an hourly basis.
