ACBS Launches New Settlement Company

 ALLENTOWN, PA, March 1, 2003 – ACBS, Inc., announced the opening of ACBS Settlement Company.  The new organization will offer a broad range of title services, including document preparation and recording, escrow services, and notary. Title insurance policies will be filed through Conestoga Title Insurance Co.  

ACBS Settlement Company will serve customers in Northampton, Lehigh, Monroe, Carbon, Berks, Bucks, and other surrounding counties in Pennsylvania and New Jersey. The firm will be located in ACBS’ corporate headquarters, 5910 Hamilton Boulevard in Allentown.  

 According to ACBS management, “Our goal is to provide a new level of professionalism to the settlement process. We hired the first Certified Land Title Professional in the Lehigh Valley. This is the highest certification awarded by the Pennsylvania Land Title Association. We’re also committed to delivering a new level of customer convenience. That means, we will “settle” when and where our customers choose – whether they need us to meet them on a weekend or come to their home.”
